Chamly is a wellness sound app that helps you start short focus, calm, or sleep sound rituals. You can download and use Chamly for free. By using Chamly you agree to use it for personal, non-emergency wellness support only.

Frequency tones reflect popular associations for focus or rest — not medical claims. Audio, visuals, and frequency presets are provided as-is for experimentation and comfort. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, or sleep care. If you have a health concern, talk to a qualified clinician.

You are responsible for using headphones and volume levels safely. Background playback and timers may stop if the operating system suspends the app — verify behavior on your device before relying on sleep timers.

Core features are free. Optional Premium unlocks additional premium features through a one-time in-app purchase. Premium is not a subscription and does not renew or charge you again automatically.

Purchases are processed by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). The price and currency are shown on the store checkout screen before you pay. Chamly does not collect payment card details. Premium stays unlocked for the store account that bought it — restore it after a reinstall or on another device signed into the same account. App updates do not require buying Premium again.

Refunds follow the app store's refund policy. Chamly does not process refunds separately.

We roll out app updates from time to time. Features, catalogs, and which capabilities are free vs Premium may change with those updates. Continued use after an update means you accept the then-current terms. We may also update these terms; the “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
